I was going to write a long, boring post about how great Twitter would be for the workplace. I was going to write about how many times I’ve run into an issue, collect data on the issue, sent the data to the appropriate party, just to find out that they were already aware and working on the issue. I was going to talk about how Twitter could greatly streamline communication by avoiding situations like the one above. I was going to write all this, but then this post by Tech Crunch appeared. This is exactly what I’m looking for. So, now I’m just going to try to talk my company into Yammer and post a picture of my new cat, Gabby, instead.
